Return Policy

We have a return?

We strive to give you the best quality and care of brands. But we also understand if something does not work out. We message each customer after your order is delivered to make sure you love your items!

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cabanapink.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions apply: 

  • Returns are only for store credit issued via email 
  • ALL returns have to be made in 15 days OF purchase date
  • Items have to be unworn, unwashed, tags still on and undamaged
  • FINAL SALE items can not be returned
  • PLEASE include your invoice with your return shipment

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
